About Keiren

With over 20 years experience, Keiren provides a calm, warm and supportive space for children, adolescents and adults to achieve long lasting and transformative change.

Keiren has considerable expertise in delivering therapy via zoom (telehealth) and favours this almost exclusively with her clients. There will be opportunity to meet face to face however especially for younger populations or initial adult sessions

In addition to therapy, Keiren is also skilled in providing clinical supervision for provisional and registered psychologists. She conducts cognitive (WISC-V) and achievement (WIAT-III) assessments as well as thorough assessments for the presence of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Keiren is confident in working with all presentations and all ages. Her areas of interest include ADHD, complex trauma, anxiety, bereavement and depression.

Keiren has extensive experience in multiple therapy models and weaves these into sessions dependent on client presentation and client preference. These models include but are not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), systemic family therapy, schema mode therapy, internal family systems therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Her therapy with you will generally begin by targeting current day obstacles (thinking patterns, feelings and behaviours) and may progress to exploring older aspects of self/family of origin that may be contributing to current concerns.

Keiren’s therapy has a strong focus on the body as well as the mind. As such, within (and between) session skills are prioritised in order to increase the probability of lasting and meaningful change.

Keiren provides consultations on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
