Isabella is a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with the Psychology Board of Australia. She completed her Bachelor of Psychology at Griffith University and Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. Isabella has experience working across the lifespan in both private and community mental health settings and has experience utilising various cognitive and neuropsychological assessment measures for diagnostic clarification. Isabella also has a passion for teaching and education, working as an assistant teaching fellow at Bond University and presenting at schools on the Gold Coast for Are You Okay Day.
Isabella focuses on providing a welcoming and non-judgmental therapeutic space and believes in working collaboratively with individuals to support their needs in therapy. To provide this person-centred approach, Isabella draws from a range of evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and solution-focused therapy frameworks to facilitate personal growth. Isabella is competent at treating a broad range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, burnout, personality vulnerabilities, and trauma.
Isabella enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who experience anxious or depressive disorders, low confidence and low self-esteem, ADHD and behavioural difficulties, and work-related burnout.
